Role Summary
We are looking for someone who treats sales like a competitive sport. This is not a relationship-maintenance role. This is a hunting role. You will work directly with the Institutional Desk, identifying, engaging, and converting hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, family offices, PMS/AIFs, brokers, fintechs, and professional traders onto iRage's execution and trading infrastructure. Your job is simple: Create opportunities. Close opportunities. Grow revenue. We care far more about hunger, ownership, and learning speed than years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build and manage a pipeline of institutional prospects.
● Reach out to decision-makers across trading firms, funds, brokers, and fintechs.
● Run outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and referrals.
● Qualify opportunities and drive them through the sales cycle.
● Work closely with trading, product, and technology teams to solve client problems.
● Represent iRage at industry conferences, events, and meetings.
● Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting.
● Develop strategic partnerships that can drive client acquisition.
● Consistently exceed revenue and client acquisition targets.
