HR Intern
We are looking for an HR Intern to support hiring for quantitative and technology roles at iRage. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines for high-performance teams including quantitative researchers, traders, and strategy developers. You will work closely with hiring managers to support fast, high-quality hiring in a competitive talent market. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in niche hiring within trading and high-performance engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Support end-to-end hiring including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
- Assist in hiring for quantitative roles (traders, researchers) and technology roles
- Ensure strong candidate experience with timely communication and coordination.
- Work/ closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate quality.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain pipelines for niche talent pools including quantitative researchers, traders, and strategy developers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and internal databases.
- Use structured sourcing methods such boolean search and use of AI tools.
Recruitment Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate interviews across stakeholders and ensure smooth scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate tracking records.
- Track candidate progress and ensure timely feedback loops.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Track key hiring metrics such as Time to Fill, Source Effectiveness, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
- Support reporting and pipeline tracking.
- Highlight delays or bottlenecks to senior team members.
Campus & Early Talent Hiring
- Support campus hiring for quant and tech talent pipelines.
- Assist in coordination, candidate tracking, and conversions.
- Contribute to building employer presence across talent networks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong interest in recruitment and sourcing.
- Basic understanding or awareness of LLMs (Large Language Models) is a plus.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
