Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate end-to-end recruitment lifecycles for middle and back-office roles, ensuring seamless data synchronization across ATS platforms and internal trackers.

  • Maintain a "zero-error" threshold in data management, mirroring the precision required in trade support and settlement environments.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, market-driven environment, managing competing priorities for multiple desks while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.

  • Act as the primary liaison between external search partners and internal hiring managers, driving timely feedback loops and ensuring vendor performance aligns with headcount targets

  • Ensure a premium candidate experience that reflects the firm’s brand and reputation within the competitive financial services landscape.

  • Continuously audit and re-engineer recruitment workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, applying a "continuous improvement" mindset to logistics and onboarding processes.

  • Leverage automation and standardized reporting to enhance transparency and speed-to-hire for critical Broking Ops functions.

Skillset

  • +2 years experience in a Talent acquisition
  • Good communication skills
  • Drive to grow and an attitude to get things done
  • MBA is desired but not mandatory
