We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative network solutions and a deep understanding of network technologies. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities to ensure optimal network performance, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement robust network solutions to meet client requirements, driving efficiency and reliability improvements.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage and optimize customer networks, including Microtik router configuration.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network infrastructure seamlessly.
• Develop and implement comprehensive network security policies and procedures.
• Oversee network equipment maintenance and performance optimization.
• Conduct in-depth network troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Monitor network performance, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate network upgrades, expansions, and new link implementations with telecom providers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
• Participate in network design reviews and capacity planning.
• Ensure network compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Required Skillset:

• Strong understanding of network architectures (client-server, WAN, LAN, datacenter).
• Advanced proficiency in Cisco IOS/NxOS and other network operating systems.
• Expertise in routing protocols (static, BGP, OSPF, PIM).
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco switching technologies (STP, PVST, RSTP, MSTP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP, Ether-Channel, VPN, IPSEC, GRE).
• Hands-on experience with firewall and VPN technologies (site-to-site VPN, GRE).
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting, security, and documentation.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Wireshark).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and other network protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCNP or higher certification.
• Experience with network design and implementation methodologies.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with datacenter infrastructure and cabling standards.
• Project management skills.

Shift Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday to Saturday).
